District 5 Procedures

District 5 Disciplinary

Fall 2009 update.

 The WYS Disciplinary Committee – Vancouver will once again handle the District 5 League issues this fall. Please get this information out to your local club assignors.

 Misconduct Reports:

 All D5 League misconduct reports MUST be filed using the Washington State Referee Committee (WASRC) online reporting system.

 This is the same system that all WYS Premier matches reports have been filed for several years. Premier level officials are familiar with the system and should have no issues. Any rec/select level official moving into D5 matches probably will not understand the process.
